Does the Seoul Taco truck cater weddings and other events?
Absolutely. We love bringing the food truck experience to special events — weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, graduations, church events, and more.
Is there a minimum for a truck rental?
Yes — our minimum cost for a truck rental is $1,500 (plus sales tax and gratuities). It scales up from there based on headcount, menu, and event length.
How are taxes determined?
Taxes are based on the address of the event location.
Is there a service charge or gratuity?
Gratuities aren't required but are greatly appreciated by our staff. You can add it to the final balance at your discretion.
Do I need to provide a permit?
If your event is in St. Louis County or St. Louis City, no permit is needed. Outside those areas, just let us know and we'll check. On private property, no additional permits are required.
How far in advance should I book?
Events must be booked at least 2 weeks prior. Slots fill fast in peak season — the sooner the better. For last-minute requests, email info@seoultaco.com and we'll see what we can do.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a $500 deposit is required to hold your date on our calendar.
When is the total due?
The remaining balance is due at the end of service, by credit card or cash. We require a credit card on file before the event. If you'd prefer to pay by check, the balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
Does submitting a request lock in my event?
No — the request form just lets us know you're interested. We'll email you back with availability and next steps to officially book the date.
